Marketing & Digital Communications Coordinator


Purpose of the Position:

Ampronix is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Marketing & Digital Communications Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. This role partners closely with the Director of Marketing to execute campaigns that support Sales, Service, OEM partners, and overall company growth.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who enjoys managing multiple projects, creating engaging content, maintaining marketing systems, and ensuring all marketing initiatives are executed accurately and on schedule.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Digital Marketing & Content

  • Design marketing assets for digital, print, email, social media, trade shows, and promotional campaigns using Canva and other creative tools.
  • Create, schedule, monitor, and optimize social media content across company platforms.
  • Assist with the development and distribution of monthly newsletters, email campaigns, and HubSpot marketing automation workflows.
  • Monitor website performance, keyword rankings, SEO initiatives, and Google Analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Track marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports and insights.

Website & Product Content Management

  • Maintain and update website product pages to ensure content is accurate, current, and optimized.
  • Photograph products, edit images, and upload visual assets to the company website.
  • Maintain product listings across third-party medical equipment marketplaces and online platforms.

CRM & Marketing Operations

  • Create and manage HubSpot Deals generated from inbound marketing inquiries, ensuring accurate data entry, assignment, and follow-up.
  • Monitor inbound communications received through website forms, live chat, email, and other marketing channels, responding when appropriate or routing inquiries to the appropriate Sales or Service team member.
  • Maintain and organize the HubSpot CRM database, including contact records, lists, properties, email templates, and marketing assets.
  • Assist with departmental projects and special marketing initiatives.

Sales & OEM Marketing Support

  • Support OEM marketing initiatives, including Marketing Development Fund (MDF) programs and co-branded campaigns.
  • Coordinate requests for brochures, promotional materials, and marketing collateral for Sales and Service teams.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure marketing resources are delivered accurately and on time, and perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
  • Support continuous improvement of marketing processes, systems, and communications.

Events & Trade Shows

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing trade shows, conferences, and company events.
  • Support event logistics, including inventory management, and promotional materials.


Skills/Abilities:

  • Adobe Photoshop or Canva
  • Photography and Photo Editing Experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills

Preferred: (Nice to Have)

  • HubSpot CRM experience
  • Shopify or other Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent video editing software
  • Product photography experience
  • Email marketing experience
  • Product brochure and social media content creation
  • Basic SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing best practices


Education and Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
  • One to three years of experience in marketing, digital communications, graphic design, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies and marketing tools.

Physical Requirements:

  • Requires sitting for long periods of time, working at a desk.
