JOB SUMMARY

The Onboard Revenue Senior Analyst will report in the Operations Finance team to support Revenue Management, Destinations & Onboard Revenue Dept and help drive net onboard revenue by delivering critical analysis for decision making. This includes modeling short- and long-term financial results, financial results analysis and presentation in support of a $8 Billion portfolio of business across NCL Brand.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a liaison between Finance, Operations, and Business Intelligence teams to identify trends, prioritize initiatives, and deliver data-driven recommendations.
  • Analyze pricing strategies and recommend adjustments across onboard revenue streams including shore excursions, land programs, retail, spa, communications, art, photo, bingo, and food and beverage.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and performance evaluation of revenue initiatives.
  • Conduct variance analysis of actual results versus budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and recommending actions.
  • Support shore excursion pricing strategy by evaluating demand, capacity, competitive benchmarks, and promotional impacts.
  • Assist in capital planning through financial analysis and modeling of investment opportunities.
  • Drive process improvements and standardization to enhance efficiency, reporting accuracy, and data integrity.
  • Prepare and present recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Participate in the development, testing, and evaluation of new revenue initiatives and operational enhancements.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

DEGREE TYPE:

Bachelor's Degree

FIELD(S) OF STUDY:

Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, Management Science, or related quantitative field

EXPERIENCE

3-5 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or data analytics/reporting.
Experience in the cruise, travel, or hospitality industry preferred.

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with large datasets and business intelligence tools preferred.
