Job description

Love helping people, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Ocean Lakes Family Campground is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Compliance Clerk to join our team!
In this role, you'll be one of the go-to people in our Compliance Office-helping guests, contractors, vendors, and team members get the information and assistance they need while keeping important records and processes organized.
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Welcome visitors, answer questions, and direct guests, vendors, and contractors to the right place.
  • Answer and route incoming calls and make sure messages get where they need to go.
  • Help contractors and vendors get set up with required licenses, permits, insurance information, and access.
  • Issue electronic badges and access credentials to approved contractors, vendors, employees, and Annual Leaseholders.
  • Maintain contractor/vendor records and help keep insurance and expiration information up to date.
  • Assist with general administrative duties, databases, work orders, and Compliance Office requests.
