Are you the person who loves staying organized, helping people, and keeping everything running like clockwork? Do you enjoy talking with guests, solving problems, and making someone's day a little easier? If so, we have the perfect spot for you! As our Communications & Mail Clerk Representative, you'll be the friendly voice on the phone and the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps thousands of letters, packages, and important deliveries moving throughout Ocean Lakes Family Campground.
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Answering and directing incoming calls with a smile
  • Receiving, sorting, tracking, and delivering packages from USPS, UPS, FedEx, and more
  • Managing outgoing mail, certified mail, and postage services
  • Assigning and maintaining post office boxes for our full-time residents
  • Providing outstanding guest service while answering questions about Ocean Lakes and our amazing amenities
  • Working alongside teammates across multiple departments to keep operations running smoothly
