LDP Logistics is currently seeking Export Ocean Freight (Sales and Marketing) Specialist to join our dynamic team. We are looking for highly motivated and skilled individual who can work in a challenging and rewarding work environment while growing both professionally and personally.


Job Summary: 
The Export Ocean Freight Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for promoting and driving the growth of the company's export ocean freight business by developing and executing marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with customers and partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the shipping industry, possess excellent sales and marketing skills, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's export ocean freight services and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential customers and partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, carriers, and other industry stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless and efficient delivery of services to customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify areas of opportunity and potential threats to the business.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network with potential customers and partners.
- Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to senior management to provide insight into business performance and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing in the shipping industry, preferably in the NVOCC sector.
- Strong knowledge of ocean freight shipping, including export regulations, documentation, and freight forwarding practices.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and building relationships with customers and partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, carriers, and industry stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Dexterity to cope the pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive business decisions.
- Flexibility to travel as needed to attend industry events and meet with customers and partners.


Work Days:         Mon-Fri
Shift Timings:    09:00 till 17:00
Location:            NJ or Anywhere across USA
Availability:        Can Join Immediately
Salary Bracket:  Commensurate with experience
