**OB/GYN Opening – Established Patient Panel (Bad Axe, Michigan)**
*Full-time permanent position – J1 visa eligible*
Step into a thriving OB/GYN practice and assume the patient base of a retiring provider. Join a collegial team in a supportive environment while enjoying balanced scheduling, dedicated surgery time, and immediate volume.
**About the Position**
-Assume an existing patient panel from a retiring physician
-Established practice model with a full clinic schedule from day one
-Team includes: 1 physician, 1 NP (3 days per week), 2 full-time MAs, and 1 part-time MA
-30–40 patients per day (mix of inpatient and outpatient)
-Dedicated surgery day each week
-Approximately 460 gynecologic procedures performed annually
-Only birthing center in the region, ~370 annual deliveries
-On-site ultrasound, NST, IUI, and phlebotomy
-Clinic uses paper charting; hospital uses EMR
