We are a client-centered personal injury law firm seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing personal injury cases from intake to settlement. If you thrive in a supportive legal environment and enjoy helping clients through the recovery process, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client intake and assist with new client onboarding
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
  • Track medical treatment and ensure proper case documentation
  • Keep detailed case notes and manage deadlines in case management software

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience handling personal injury cases (pre-litigation required)
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and the PI claims process
  • Excellent communication, writing, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with legal case management software (e.g., Filevine, SmartAdvocate, Needles)
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
