• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ social, emotional, and environmental needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the obstacles they face.
• Develop personalized service plans that outline specific goals, intervention strategies, and methods for tracking progress over time.
• Provide short-term and long-term counseling to individuals and families navigating life challenges, fostering resiliency and empowerment.
• Collaborate with clients to connect them with community resources and services tailored to their unique situations.
• Administer crisis intervention strategies, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans to mitigate immediate threats to client safety.
• Work alongside community agencies and organizations to coordinate services and advocate fiercely for clients’ rights and needs.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about available services and encourage community involvement.
• Actively participate in case conferences, interdisciplinary team meetings, and ongoing staff training to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We additionally offer a sign-on bonus as an incentive for joining our team.
