As a Physical Therapist at Oasis Physical Therapy, Inc., you will be part of an integrated team that includes physicians, occupational therapists, nurses, and support staff. • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical capabilities, assessing their individual needs and limitations.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance patients' strength, mobility, and functional independence, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Administer diverse therapeutic modalities, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and neuromuscular re-education to address physical impairments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, ensuring treatment plans are adjusted based on continuous assessments of their needs and outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver comprehensive care, ensuring all healthcare aspects are aligned with patient goals.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise regimens and self-management strategies to further promote their recovery and long-term health.
• Adhere to all relevant regulations, professional standards, and best practices in physical therapy.

• A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New York.
