Overnight Oasis Recovery Jobs (NOW HIRING)

The Oasis program partner's with Harrington Hospital to provide 6-12 months of residential recovery services to 16 adults who have both mental health and substance use disorders. Oasis is not a typical group home environment - our model is to support all paths to wellness and recovery including yoga, meditation, smart recovery, therapy animals, 12-step programs, and more. 

Awake Overnight Counselors provide guidance, support, and help individuals live as independently as possible. Through implementing procedures that ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals and general cleanliness and safety of the physical site, counselors ensure individuals are living a healthy, productive, and independent life.  

Other Key Responsibilities: 

• Complete basic housekeeping, filing, shift logs, observe and/or support individuals in taking their medications.
• Must remain awake and alert for the entirety of shift (overnight).
• Assisted daily living skills, morning transports and supports to individuals as necessary.
• Exercise good judgment and communicate/ask for support from the team and supervisors when needed.

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.  
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record, required. 
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.
