Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in inpatient or outpatient settings and create tailored treatment plans

• Engage in interdisciplinary rounds and care coordination meetings to ensure seamless patient care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent credential from a recognized institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred
