Job description

About Oasis Security
At Oasis Security, we're redefining how enterprises manage access in the age of AI. Every organization deploying AI agents is taking on access risks they can't yet see, and the tools they've relied on were never built for this. We built Oasis to change that. Backed by Sequoia, Accel, and Craft Ventures, we're trusted by dozens of Fortune 500 companies including S&P Global, Mars, and Nationwide, and we're only getting started.
Why Oasis, why now
The access management category is being rewritten in real time, and Oasis is leading it. The problems are genuinely hard, the company is growing fast, and you're early enough to shape both the product and the team.
About The Position:
As the GTM Enablement Manager, you'll build and scale enablement programs that empower Oasis internal GTM teams, as well as our Partners and Customers.
This includes building the Sales Enablement: establishing enablement programs and resources to equip Sales, SEs, BDRs and CSMs teams with the skills, tools, and insights needed to improve performance, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
You'll also manage the rollout and optimization of the LMS/CMS tool.
How You'll Make an Impact:
  • Sales/ Technical Enablement
      • Design the onboarding paths for AEs, BDRs, SEs, and CSMs and roll out the role based Certification paths.
      • In partnerships with Product and Product Marketing create and maintain enablement content such as sales playbooks, objection-handling guides, product messaging, and pitch frameworks.
      • Maintain the ongoing enabling program.
      • Develop use-case driven workshops, hands-on demos, QBRs and training bootcamps.
      • Ensuring smooth implementation and high adoption of the existing tech stack.
      • Drive adoption of enablement tools (Highspot, Seismic) and integrate training content via LMS/CMS platforms.

    Partner Enablement
      • Build scalable onboarding and enablement programs for our Channel partners:
        • Roll out the Partner Academy - a blend of online learning and instructor-led training designed to equip partners with the knowledge and resources to scale effectively..
      • Maintain co-selling content, certification tracks, and partner toolkits.

    Customer Enablement
      • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to develop onboarding journeys, training libraries, webinars, and customer certifications.
      • Roll out the Customer Enablement Portal.

    Enablement Infrastructure
      • Manage the setup, governance, and optimization of enablement tools such as Highspot, Seismic, or similar LMS/CMS platforms.
      • Track enablement KPIs (e.g., time-to-productivity, certification completion, tool usage, training impact) and continuously improve programs based on insights.

What makes you a good fit:
  • 5+ years in a Sales, Partner, or Technical Enablement role within a cybersecurity, SaaS, or high-growth B2B tech company.
  • Proven experience building enablement programs for both technical (e.g., SEs, solutions engineers, architects) and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience implementing and administering enablement tools (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, LMS platforms).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across functions and regions.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, cloud security, threat detection, or related technologies is strongly preferred.

Why Join Oasis Security:
  • Opportunity to work for a leading innovator in cybersecurity funded by top tier venture capital firms (Sequoia, Accel, Cyberstarts)
  • Competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.
  • Dynamic and international work environment with a focus on continuous learning and professional development.
  • Opportunity for career growth and advancement within a rapidly growing organization at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation.
