Job Type: Full-Time
Bushburg is seeking a professional and service-oriented Luxury Residential Concierge to join our team at a newly developed residential property in Brooklyn. This role is responsible for delivering a high level of hospitality to residents while maintaining a safe and welcoming lobby environment.
Responsibilities
  • Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Monitor lobby activity and manage building access to ensure resident safety.
  • Assist residents with packages, deliveries, and general service requests.
  • Answer phone calls and provide building information or directions as needed.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with the maintenance team.
  • Maintain a clean, organized lobby and concierge desk area.
  • Log visitors and contractors and monitor security cameras for unusual activity.
  • Track and manage building keys when required.
  • Respond to emergencies following building procedures.
  • Support management with resident requests and day-to-day operations.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a luxury residential building, hotel, or hospitality environment.
  • Familiarity with residential management platforms such as BuildingLink, ManageGo, or similar systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Brooklyn or NYC neighborhoods, dining, and local services.
  • Experience coordinating packages, vendor access, and resident service requests.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or related education is a plus.
  • Previous concierge, doorman, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with packages when needed.
