Job description

We're looking for a passionate Sr. Developer Marketing Manager to help acquire, activate, and grow an engaged developer community building AI applications on PC using NVIDIA SDKs and software. You'll drive end-to-end developer growth programs that span content, community channels, and product activations to increase awareness and adoption of NVIDIA's RTX platform.

You should have strong technical and project management skills, be flexible in fast-paced environments, self-motivated, and have an outstanding track record demonstrating best-in-class developer marketing efforts. We need an excellent communicator and collaborator who can deliver technical materials, amplify community discussions, and lead developer conversations to secure quality partnerships. What you'll be doing:

  • Developer Acquisition & Adoption - Build developer marketing programs and activations to acquire new developers and accelerate adoption of NVIDIA tools and products

  • Awareness & Education - Educate developers on platform capabilities of NVIDIA development kits and tools through compelling technical storytelling and playbooks

  • Content Strategy & Creation - Work closely with product marketing to generate marketing content, including blog posts, webinars, developer tutorials, and developer enablement assets to communicate the product value proposition

  • Engagement & Evangelism - Develop and implement a comprehensive plan passionate about acquiring, engaging, and encouraging developer evangelism, goodwill, and discussion across developer-first and technical community channels

  • Partner Marketing - Engage in partner activities to support the ecosystem and expand awareness for NVIDIA RTX SDKs, tools and software.

  • Market Intelligence - Identify developer needs and improve program performance through data analytics in partnership with Digital Marketing Organization

What we need to see:

  • 8+ years proven experience in developer marketing, technical marketing, or growth marketing.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.

  • Demonstrated success driving measurable developer growth (acquisition, engagement, adoption) for SDKs, APIs, tools, or platforms.

  • Ability to define and lead initiatives across multiple stakeholders and timelines.

  • Excellent communication skills with a proven track record for articulating a value proposition to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Deep understanding of graphics technology and consumer AI applications.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Bring hands-on experience working with developer tools such as SDKs, APIs, CLIs, or local model runtimes, and you're comfortable engaging directly with the technology.

  • You've crafted technically deep, developer-focused content-ranging from sample code and how-to guides to integration documentation and technical demos-and can speak credibly about performance, benchmarks, and architectural tradeoffs.

  • Bonus points if you're active in developer communities and understand how developers learn, build, and share within modern technical ecosystems.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 136,000 USD - 224,250 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
