The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated Nursing Home Receptionist

What You Will Do

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner

  • Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system

  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and data entry

  • Distribute packages and mail

  • Maintain visitors sign-in logs

  • Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed

  • Business professional dress attire

  • Ensure reception area and lobby maintain a welcoming presentation and first impression

  • Duties as assigned
