Summary:

Community Care Rx (CCRx) is looking for a high energy, results-oriented Pharmacy Data Entry and Filler Technicians. The candidate will primarily be responsible for safely typing and accurately processing prescription information. Filling Prescription Orders. This individual will be working side by side with Pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Data entry of prescriptions
  • Filling of Prescription orders
  • Updating Medication Administration Records
  • Communicating coverage with health insurance
  • Resolving Prior authorizations with medical offices and Insurance plans
  • Communicating with medical offices, nurses, and facility managers
  • Assisting in any situation that occurs in the daily operation of the pharmacy.
  • Customer service
  • Following protocols and procedures as assigned by department Lead or pharmacist
