Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an LDRP Night Shift position in Indiana, requiring the ability to work across L&D, triage, postpartum, and OR circulator roles in a Level 2 OB unit.

Details
  • Level 2 OB and Level 2 nursery unit with 8 labor beds, 12 postpartum rooms, 4 special care nursery beds, and 1 OB OR
  • Patient population includes labor and delivery, postpartum, and special care nursery patients
  • Triages are performed from labor beds
  • Night shift hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
  • 13-week contract
Requirements
  • Active Indiana RN license or a Compact RN license valid in Indiana
  • Certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NRP and NRP Advanced (AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics)
  • Fetal monitoring certification from AWHONN, Relias, or equivalent program within the past 2 years (if not covered on competency exam)
  • Minimum 1 year of L&D/LDRP nursing experience
  • Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a valid US home address
  • Valid driver's license required
  • 2 professional references required
  • Full SSN and full DOB required for consideration
Additional Information
  • Responsible for providing nursing care across labor and delivery, triage, postpartum, and OR circulator duties in c-sections
  • Local candidates are welcome to apply; however, candidates living within the facility's radius may be subject to a reduced pay rate
  • COVID vaccination is not required for this position
