Registered Nurse (RN) - Non-Invasive Cardiovascular Lab

Full Time - 72 hours/pay - Day/Evening Shift

8-hour, 9-hour, or 10-hour shifts

ChristianaCare's Non-Invasive Cardiovascular Lab is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) that will support the pre and post care treatment of the patient population in the Cardiovascular Lab. Non-invasive cardiologists provide diagnostic testing and imaging to help diagnose disorders of the heart. These tests are usually performed on an outpatient basis. They include:

  • Echocardiograms

  • Exercise stress tests, including nuclear, PET and echo stress tests

  • Cardiac CT

  • Holter monitor and loop monitor tests

  • Peripheral vascular ultrasound

  • Bedside electrical cardioversions

  • You will also cross train to the HVIS Prep & Hold area

Education and Requirements:

  • Current RN License to be eligible to work in the state of Delaware

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire

  • BLS required

  • ACLS preferred

  • One year of cardiac stepdown experience required as RN; and/or critical care experience strongly preferred

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
