Utilizing your passion for engaging audiences, you’ll develop and execute strategic plans to grow viewership, engagement and sales during WhatNot Live shows, all while using data insights and market trends to optimize performance.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to grow viewership, engagement and sales during live shows
  • Selecting and organizing product assortments for live shows
  • Presenting products enthusiastically and informatively
  • Maintaining a lively and engaging atmosphere, working to retain viewer interest
  • Supporting brand positioning as a knowledgeable source regarding numismatic products
  • Working with production teams and troubleshooting minor technical issues during live sessions to ensure quality audio and video output

Qualified applicant will have:

  • 4+ years experience in merchandising, product strategy or related roles
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales techniques
  • Strong technical proficiency across Microsoft Office
  • Experience with numismatics preferred (additional training available as needed)
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as necessary
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Motivation and self-direction
