We are seeking a highly motivated Accounting Specialist to join our law firm, which specializes in personal injury and workers compensation litigation. As the Accounting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the long-term financial controls of the firm. We are looking for an independent and detail-oriented individual who is eager to take on financial responsibilities and contribute to the overall success of the organization.to join our team in Mount Laurel, NJ.

Pay Commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:

Expense Management: Track and analyze expenses, ensuring they are properly allocated, recorded, and reported.

Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee the processing of invoices, billings, payments, and collections in a timely and accurate manner.

Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, providing recommendations to senior financial staff. Recording account to bank statements

Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team, attorneys, and administrative staff to ensure smooth financial operations and provide support as needed.
