The AI Infrastructure Design and Engineering team is responsible for designing, engineering, coordinating, and delivering the infrastructure that powers Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's rapidly expanding AI and GPU portfolio. The organization partners closely with Deployment, AI Operations, Automation, Physical Networking, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Data Center Operations, Observability, Finance, Business Operations, hardware and software vendors, and senior leadership to deliver highly complex infrastructure programs at global scale.

As a Principal Program Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and operational readiness of strategic AI infrastructure and GPU fabric NPI initiatives. You will be responsible for translating complex technical and operational requirements into integrated execution plans, establishing governance frameworks, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple concurrent programs.   • Own the end-to-end execution of complex AI infrastructure and GPU delivery programs, from strategic planning and deployment readiness through operational handoff.
  • Identify, prioritize, and successfully execute a broad portfolio of cross-functional initiatives while managing multiple programs concurrently.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans that define milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, owners, key decisions, and committed actions.
  • Coordinate delivery across Deployment, AI Operations, Automation, Physical Networking, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Data Center Operations, Observability, Finance, Business Operations, hardware and software vendors, and senior leadership.
  • Establish and lead program operating mechanisms, including weekly execution reviews, readiness assessments, governance forums, executive business reviews, and cross-functional planning sessions.
  • Manage deployment governance, operational readiness reviews, stakeholder transitions, and change management processes to ensure successful service delivery.
  • Navigate complex dependencies across organizations, resolve execution risks, drive mitigation plans, and ensure accountability through program completion.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point between engineering and operations to accelerate issue resolution and remove execution blockers.
  • Establish structured incident management processes, including root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive action tracking, and verification of long-term resolutions.
  • Develop executive-level reporting and dashboards that communicate program health, operational KPIs, customer impact, dependencies, financial status, risks, mitigation plans, and key decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering organizations and external hardware partners to improve deployment quality, operational efficiency, and time to resolution.
  • Establish scalable program management frameworks, documentation standards, runbooks, playbooks, onboarding materials, and repeatable delivery processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, AI-assisted workflows, data-driven decision making, validation frameworks, version readiness, and operational optimization.
  • Build and maintain consistent reporting, scorecards, KPIs, and program metrics to support executive decision-making and portfolio management.

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field. 
  •  PMP / Scrum Master certification.
