What Are We Looking For?
Novant Health Physical Therapy is currently looking for a patient service representative (PSR) to join our team. The PSR greets patients, assisting our patients with paperwork, maintaining the sign-in sheet, and the overall appearance of the front office. The PSR also ensures the accuracy of the patient’s demographics, enter charges into the system and collects co-payments as needed.
Do You Have What It Takes?
A good candidate will bring with them:
  • High School diploma or equivalency
  • Customer service experience
  • Medical terminology knowledge
  • Computer skills
  • Willing to work 8 hour shifts
  • Willing to work at other centers as needed
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

An ideal candidate would also have:
  • Previous experience working as a patient services representative or in a clerical position.
