Job description

Team Rubicon's Exercise Team is a group of members selected to serve in positions on the Exercise Design and Facilitation Team

Exercise members are expected to be experienced and confident in their exercise team role and ready to take on supporting exercises at different levels and stages to provide the arena needed to build preparedness for threats and hazards all along testing existing and future capabilities.

We seek highly skilled practitioners who have demonstrated strong leadership on other operations to form teams of emotionally intelligent, disciplined, professional, and credentialed members to set the example. Exercise Team members are expected to deploy to support all types of exercises internal to the organization and with external organizations. Team members are also expected to train Greyshirts how to properly conduct exercises at the local level. The schedule is flexible but increased availability is a desirable during the nonoperational periods. Exercise Team Members Exercise Team members are compensated for hours worked on deployment, when engaged in exercise design and with benefits commensurate with employment status.

Like other positions with Team Rubicon subject matter experts will review the applications and conduct a series of interviews. Members that are selected will complete pre-employment screening and background checks with our third party employment company.
