PERSONAL INJURY PARALEGAL/Case Manager – WARRIOR WANTED


Location: Dallas, TX – The Ledger Law Firm

*This position is on-site but can be worked remotely for the right candidate*

The Ledger Law Firm’s Washington Division is looking for an elite Litigation Paralegal who thrives in the fight—someone who anticipates needs before they’re spoken, who keeps cases trial-ready at all times, and who treats every deadline like it’s a court-ordered mandate.

We’re not a settlement mill. We go to trial. Our attorneys depend on paralegals who are as battle-ready as they are—organized under pressure, fierce in preparation, and relentless about getting it right the first time.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage litigation cases from filing to verdict with precision and speed.
  • Draft and file pleadings, discovery, and motions with zero errors.
  • Coordinate depositions, mediations, and trial prep with military-level organization.
  • Maintain litigation calendars and ensure nothing—ever—slips through the cracks.
  • Serve as the attorney’s right hand in trial, ready for every objection, exhibit, and witness.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 2 years’ Personal Injury experience (trial prep experience preferred).
  • Master of case management systems, e-filing, and discovery processes.
