NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at our facility in Overland Park, KS at Mid-America Surgery Institute. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a brand-new start-up program within NorthStar Anesthesia. Youll be joining a highly supportive environment with a consistent MondayFriday schedule, diverse case mix, strong financial package, and a collaborative team culture.
THE FACILITY:
Mid-America Surgery Institute
6 ORs Running Daily:
Medical Direction (4 ORs)
CRNA Only (2 ORs)
Staffing Model:
1 MD Anesthesiologist
7 CRNAs
CASES INCLUDE:
Bread-and-butter outpatient cases including; Endoscopy, ENT, General Surgery, Gynecology, Neuro, Total Joint, Orthopedics, GI, Podiatry, and Urology
We Offer:
Top of Market Base Salary 240K
Extra shift pay, performance bonus and much more
