Position Title:

Assistant Men's & Women's Water Polo Coach (Part -time)

Job Description:

The assistant coach is responsible for assisting the Head Men and Women's Water Polo Coach in all aspects of the water polo program, including recruitment of qualified student-athletes, practice and game preparation, budget management, fundraising and assisting with the overall administration of a Division I bowling program in accordance with institutional, NCAA and Northeast Conference rules and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting in all facets of the men's & women's D1 varsity water polo room
  • Assist in the evaluation and recruitment of qualified student-athletes
  • Organizing and planning practice and game preparation
  • Monitoring academic progress of both programs
  • Monitoring budget management and fundraising
  • Assist with Scheduling
  • Assist with planning for team travel

Job Requirements: Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Successful collegiate coaching and/or collegiate playing experience desired.
  • Review of candidates will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled.
