Norm Reeves Honda Vista is looking for amotivated, customer-focusedAutomotive Sales Professionalto join our growing sales team. If you're driven, personable, and passionate about helping people find the right vehicle, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and assist customers throughout the vehicle buying process
  • Build rapport and understand customer needs to recommend the right vehicle
  • Conduct test drives and present vehicle features and benefits
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Follow up with leads and maintain relationships for repeat/referral business

Stay current on inventory, promotions, and financing options

Stay current on upcoming model enhancements, Honda Training and incoming Preowned Inventory

What You Need:

  • Prior sales experience preferred (automotive sales a plus, butnotrequired)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High Energy, Self-motivated person with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Valid CA Sales License (No Sales License? No worries we can guide you!)
