Job description

Position Type: Student Support Services Date Posted: 4/10/2026 Location: Eisenhower School Date Available: 08/17/2026 Closing Date: When filled Description: Prospect Heights School District 23 has an opening for a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse for the 2026-27 school year starting August 17, 2026 at Eisenhower Elementary School. Starting rate is $29.29/hour, eligible for full benefits (benefits information available here) and participation in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF). Requirements: Must have State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse certification and preferred candidate will also have an ELS (PARA) license issued by ISBE. Additional qualifications include the ability to support a variety of student needs and flexibility with job responsibilities. Will need to travel between Ross and Eisenhower Elementary Schools. Please see the attached job description for a complete list of qualifications and job responsibilities.
