How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Provide spiritual and emotional care to patients, families, staff, and community members of diverse backgrounds.

• Assess, deliver, and document pastoral care, including prayer, blessings, and spiritual support.

• Guide ethical decision-making and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

• Support and implement spiritual care programs and ministry initiatives.


What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in Theology, Religious Studies, Human Behavior or a related field preferred. 1 unit of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited by the ACPE required. 2 units of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited by the ACPE preferred.

Work Experience:

  • 2 years of healthcare experience is preferred.
