The Client Support Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for participants, community members, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and support across multiple program areas. You'll assists with participant intake, referrals, data management, and overall program operations. You'll foster a positive, professional, and welcoming environment, uphold confidentiality, promote participant-centered service, and support de-escalation and problem resolution as needed. In addition, you'll also provide administrative and office support, collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations, and contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance participant services. This full-time position (40 hours per week) is Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm and will be based in Zumbrota.
