Location: Rochester, Minnesota โ€” In-Office

Compensation: $85,000โ€“$105,000 + up to $50k bonus for hitting reach goal

Weโ€™ve grown nearly 500% in the last four years โ€” and weโ€™re just getting started.

We are seeking an experienced operations leader who excels at creating order, improving processes, and driving consistent performance across a service-based business. This is a high-impact role where you will work directly with the CEO and team to ensure the firm operates smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with our values.

You will be responsible for strengthening the firmโ€™s operational foundation โ€” developing systems, guiding workflows, supporting the team, and ensuring that goals turn into results. This is a role for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and handsโ€‘on leadership.

If you thrive in environments that value innovation, collaboration, and excellence โ€” and you enjoy building operational excellence from the ground up โ€” youโ€™ll fit right in.

  • Proven ability to create and refine systems, processes, and workflows
  • Strong communication skills and consistent follow-through
  • Techโ€‘forward mindset โ€” experienced with automation, CRMs, and project management tools
  • Solid understanding of financial reports, KPIs, and operational metrics
  • Clear, empathetic leader who supports high performance and models professionalism
  • Thrives in a culture built on innovation, kindness, teamwork, and high standards
  • Experience in professional services or legal operations is a plus
Who We Are

The Yanowitz Law Firm focuses on estate planning, probate, and real estate. Since 2021, weโ€™ve grown nearly 500% โ€” and our momentum continues.

We are driven by:

  • Innovation: Early adoption of technology and automation
  • Teamwork: Collaborative problemโ€‘solving and shared ownership
  • Kindness: Respect in every interaction
  • High Standards: Excellence in service and communication
  • Continuous Learning: Growth is built into our culture

We pair modern systems with a grounded, clientโ€‘centered approach.

Your Core ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership & Optimization
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across the firm
  • Develop, document, and refine operational systems and SOPs
  • Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and implement improvements
  • Introduce and manage new technologies and process tools
Team Development & Support
  • Provide clear guidance and structure to team members
  • Support onboarding, training, and professional development
  • Maintain accountability and promote a culture of clarity, kindness, and collaboration
  • Strengthen communication and alignment across the organization
  • Review KPIs, financial reports, and forecasts with the CEO
  • Oversee payroll, vendor relationships, expense management, and IOLTA compliance
  • Ensure operational initiatives align with firmโ€‘wide goals and strategy
Strategic Execution
  • Partner with the CEO to plan and implement key initiatives
  • Drive firmโ€‘wide projects from concept through completion
  • Provide operational insights to support strategic decisions
  • $85,000โ€“$105,000 base salary, depending on experience
  • Performance bonuses
  • Health insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Paid holidays
  • 3 weeks PTO + 1 week sick pay + parental leave
  • A collaborative, innovative, supportive environment where people matter

This is a full-time, in-office leadership position in Rochester, Minnesota.

If youโ€™re ready to help shape the future of a rapidly growing, modern law firm โ€” weโ€™d love to meet you.
