What are the typical work environments and schedules like for non union roles in the Tri Cities area?

Non Union positions in the Tri Cities area often offer a variety of work environments, including construction sites, manufacturing facilities, and service-based locations. Schedules can be more flexible compared to union roles, sometimes featuring irregular hours, overtime, or weekend shifts depending on project deadlines and employer needs.
