We're hiring a confident and results-driven Appointment Setter to generate qualified meetings by engaging attorneys and legal professionals.
This role is focused on:

Your goal is simple:
Turn conversations into booked, qualified discovery calls

What You'll Own
Lead Outreach & Prospect Engagement
  • Conduct outbound and inbound outreach to attorneys
  • Introduce services and initiate conversations
  • Ask smart questions to:
    • Understand needs
    • Qualify interest
  • Navigate gatekeepers and reach decision-makers
  • Engage prospects professionally and confidently

Appointment Scheduling
  • Schedule qualified discovery calls for the sales team
  • Coordinate availability across calendars
  • Confirm meetings and ensure prospects are prepared
  • Maintain clean and accurate scheduling records

Follow-Up & Lead Nurturing
  • Execute consistent follow-up sequences
  • Re-engage interested prospects over time
  • Handle objections professionally
  • Continue conversations until:
    • A meeting is booked, or
    • A clear decision is made

CRM & Lead Management
  • Log all activities in CRM systems like:
    • HubSpot
    • Salesforce
