Unlike unionized roles, this position is not part of a labor union, which may affect workplace protections and collective bargaining options. Their primary tasks involve coding, troubleshooting, integrating third-party systems, and collaborating with business teams to ensure software meets regulatory and client requirements. They often work with technologies like .NET, Java, SQL, and cloud platforms while ensuring data security and compliance.
