Halsted Pointe Phase 1 - Construction Opportunities
Project: Halsted Pointe Phase 1
Location: 931 N. Halsted St., Chicago, IL
Developer: Onni Group
Project Duration: May 2026 - October 2028
The Onni Group is proud to partner with CEC on the Halsted Pointe Phase 1 project. This phase includes the construction of a 46-story residential tower featuring 464 apartment units, 2 levels of underground parking, 5 levels of above-ground parking, retail space, and resident amenities.
As part of the larger Halsted Pointe development, the completed project will include five residential towers totaling 1,650 residential units, a 160-room hotel, retail spaces, and indoor and outdoor amenity areas.
