Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service while fixing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems at multiple locations.
  • Prepare service tickets daily.
Qualifications, Competencies, & Abilities:
  • 3+ years working independently fixing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of HVAC and piping while traveling to multiple commercial client sites.
  • Possession of a clean driving record (as this position requires the use of a company vehicle).
  • Journeyman-level training from the union.
  • Excellent communication, time management, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work with little or no supervision and great attention to detail.
  • Strong logic and reasoning skills to assess strengths, weaknesses, conclusions, and alternative solutions to problems.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • The ability to work with multiple business units across the organization (including executives).

  • Hearing: Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
Compensation & Benefits
  • UNION EMPLOYEES: We adhere to the collective bargaining agreement. Wage may pay above scale.
  • NON-UNION EMPLOYEES: $22-$40/hr (depending on experience)
