Job description

NYC local 638B union HVAC contractor seeks experienced HVAC PM's for their growing business. MUST have commercial HVAC experience. Fully paid union benefits apply to this role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HVAC projects from contract award through project closeout.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Procure materials and equipment while monitoring delivery schedules.
  • Monitor project costs, labor productivity, and profitability.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
  • Resolve project issues, change orders, and customer concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, OSHA regulations, and company safety policies.
  • Prepare project reports, forecasts, and documentation.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Support project closeout, including punch lists, commissioning, and warranty documentation.
