Job description

Fire Sprinkler Foreman – LA / OC (Non-Union)

Top pay for experienced foreman! If you can run work clean and keep a crew productive, we want to talk.

$45–$55/hr
Take-home truck + gas card
Steady, year-round work
Full benefits package & bonus program!!!

We’re a family-owned company — no corporate BS. We run clean projects, support our foremen, and keep work consistent so you’re not chasing hours.

What you’ll do:

  • Run commercial sprinkler jobs (TI + ground-up)
  • Manage crew and keep production on track
  • Coordinate with GCs and inspectors
  • Read plans and handle layout in the field

What we need:

  • Proven foreman or strong lead ready to step up
  • Knows code, layout, and how to run a job
  • Reliable, communicates, and takes ownership
  • Must have valid driver's license and clean MVR

If you’re currently running work but dealing with disorganized jobs or lack of support, this is a step up.
