Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy, counseling, and psychotherapy to clients, designing tailored treatment plans that prioritize their specific needs.
• Gather comprehensive data on patients through methodical interviews, case histories, and observational techniques to inform therapeutic strategies.
• Analyze collected data to identify underlying issues and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions or referrals to other specialists when necessary.
• Ensure timely documentation and communication by submitting client records within 24 hours of service delivery.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending and completing all mandatory training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population consists of individuals seeking mental health support across various demographics, including those exploring the therapeutic use of psychedelics and other non-traditional healing methods. The LCSW will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, providing a safe space for exploration and healing that acknowledges individual experiences, identities, and needs.

Qualifications

• Valid LCSW designation or equivalent degree in a directly related field.
• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Capability to become credentialed with insurance panels, supplemented by necessary malpractice insurance.
• A commitment to managing a minimum caseload of 10 client sessions per week, ensuring continuity and quality of care.
• Proficiency utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate patient tracking and treatment documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated knowledge of clinical counseling principles, social work methodologies, and evidence-based therapies tailored to diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits
