Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality counseling, therapy, and psychotherapy to clients, tailoring approaches based on individual needs and circumstances.
• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive treatment and discharge plans, ensuring each plan aligns with best practices and client goals.
• Utilize various data collection methods, such as interviews, clinical assessments, and observational techniques, to understand patient histories and current challenges.
• Analyze collected data to identify root causes of mental health issues and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions or referrals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring all records are submitted within 24 hours following session completion.
• Participate in mandated training sessions and professional development opportunities to stay updated on state regulations, therapeutic techniques, and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our organization, you will engage with a diverse patient population, including individuals exploring alternative therapies such as psychedelics, mindfulness practices, meditation, and more. You will provide support during their preparation and integration phases, guiding them through their experiences with care and respect. Our clientele seeks empathy, understanding, and innovative solutions to their mental health challenges, and you will play a vital role in their healing journey.

Qualifications

• A current LCSW designation or an equivalent qualification in a directly related field is required.
• A Master or Doctorate in Social Work is preferred.
• Ability to gain credentialing on insurance panels for reimbursement is necessary.
• Maintain current malpractice insurance to protect both the practitioner and client.
• Availability to handle a caseload of at least 10 sessions per week, with each session lasting approximately 53 minutes.
• Strong proficiency in digital Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms, ensuring efficient management of client records and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated experience in applying mental health counseling methods and techniques effectively.
• A solid understanding of clinical counseling principles, methodologies, and legal/ethical standards related to client care.
• A keen belief in a holistic approach to mental health, incorporating practices that utilize non-traditional methods alongside more conventional therapies.
• High level of technological competency, particularly with telehealth communication tools.

Compensation and Benefits

• We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, with actual compensation dependent on geographic location, skill level, and relevant experience.
