Job description

This is a founding role on a high-energy team in the early stages of building something new, which means your work will directly shape how the company grows and retains its institutional partners. The right candidate is a natural relationship-builder who thrives in ambiguity, brings genuine enthusiasm for AI-powered tools in education, and knows how to move the needle with clients through consistent follow-through and creative problem-solving.If you have…
  • 3+ years in customer success, partnerships, or account management, ideally in higher education enrollment, edtech, or a related startup environment
  • Experience owning client relationships end-to-end: regular check-ins, deliverable execution, webinars, and data transfers that reflect client needs
  • Familiarity with higher education enrollment workflows and buyers (enrollment marketing, VP/Director-level at colleges and universities)
  • A track record of driving renewals or expansion in a high-touch, relationship-driven model
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; comfort with data and a genuine curiosity about AI tools
  • Based in or able to commute to NYC for a hybrid schedule (2 days/week)
