Job description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION

1. Doc360 Platform Leadership

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Document360, including architecture, workflows, and governance. 
  • Lead platform optimization initiatives including:  
  • Workflow standardization 
  • Template and content structure alignment 
  • Permissions and access management 
  • Analytics and reporting improvements  
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to ensure Doc360 supports scalable SOP and documentation management
  • Manage vendor engagement, support escalations, and roadmap alignment. 
  • Oversee content lifecycle processes including creation, replication, publishing, and maintenance workflows. 

2. Program & Project Execution

  • Lead multiple concurrent projects and initiatives, ensuring delivery against timelines, scope, and quality expectations. 
  • Establish and enforce project governance, reporting, and risk management practices
  • Drive delivery across initiatives such as:  
  • SharePoint to Doc360 migrations 
  • SOP standardization and publishing 
  • Platform enhancement and optimization  
  • Manage dependencies across teams and ensure alignment to enterprise priorities.

3. Cross-Functional Team Leadership

  • Coordinate delivery across diverse teams, including:  
  • Technical Writers 
  • Implementation Managers 
  • Business Analysts 
  • Engineering and IT teams 
  • Operations SMEs and stakeholders 
  • LSG Operations Team  
  • Ensure teams are effectively prioritized and resourced across multiple active workstreams. 
  • Facilitate collaboration between Operations and Technology, ensuring solutions reflect real-world operational needs.

4. Operational Alignment & Continuous Improvement

  • Translate operational requirements into technical solutions and platform enhancements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on:  
  • Documentation accuracy and standardization 
  • Workflow efficiency 
  • Platform usability and adoption 
  • Partner with operations leaders to ensure documentation reflects current processes and business changes

5. Governance & Quality Assurance

  • Establish and maintain governance standards for:  
  • Documentation structure and taxonomy 
  • Version control and publishing workflows 
  • Access and permissions management 
  • Ensure all content meets enterprise standards for accuracy, consistency, and usability
  • Implement metrics and KPIs to monitor platform adoption, content quality, and team performance

OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES

Required Qualifications 

  • Proven experience managing enterprise documentation platforms (Document360 strongly preferred) 
  • Experience leading multi-team, multi-project delivery environments 
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Hybrid delivery models (Jira, backlog management, sprint cadence) 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Operations and Technology organizations 
  • Experience with platform governance, workflows, and content lifecycle management 

          Preferred Qualifications 

          • Experience with SOP-driven environments or regulated operational processes 
          • Familiarity with digital learning / knowledge management ecosystems 
          • Exposure to logistics, supply chain, or enterprise operations environments 
          • Experience with analytics, reporting, or content performance tracking

                              EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

                              • High School Diploma or GED preferred. 
                              • 3+ years of experience in technical project/program management

                               PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

                              • Stand or sit for long periods of time 
                              • Reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch and frequently required to climb or balance 
                              • Regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds by hand 
                              • Job may require regular and punctual attendance as well as presence on-site at the assigned work location
