Job description

QuickLaunch Analytics is hiring a Senior Project Manager to join our PMO and lead net-new implementations and custom development projects for our customer base. You'll partner closely with architects, solution and technical consultants, and our Product Development team to deliver high-impact engagements with speed and precision.
What You'll Do
  • Help grow the PMO, shaping the methodology, tooling, and standards that scale with our customer base.
  • Lead with AI - using AI-driven tools and workflows to increase delivery velocity without sacrificing quality.
  • Own project planning end to end, keeping scope, dependencies, budget, risks, and deliverables tightly aligned across every engagement.
  • Own project intake and setup for all customer projects, building out the key deliverables: kickoff decks, decision/risk logs, project rosters, project plans, Gantt charts, and close decks.
  • Lead the full cycle of customer touchpoints - planning and readiness calls, kickoff, status calls, validation/approval calls, and close/transition calls.
  • Drive delivery excellence with the Customer team, working cross-functionally to close gaps before they become risks.
  • Track KPIs to keep financial and delivery targets on track.
  • Run project retrospectives and turn learnings into process improvements.

Minimum Requirements
  • 6+ years managing technical projects or programs in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Proven track record running multiple concurrent projects (2-6 months in duration) across cross-functional teams, customers, and partners.
  • Demonstrated experience with BI, data analytics, or software development technology.
  1. Demonstrated experience delivering projects involving BI and data analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Databricks, Azure Cloud)
  • Skilled communicator, equally effective with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in a billable services organization, including creating SOWs and managing budgets.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification.
