Non-Invasive Cardiology Locum Opportunity New Jersey
Position Overview
Seeking a Board-Certified Non-Invasive Cardiologist for ongoing inpatient coverage and weekend call support beginning in July 2026. This opportunity is part of a large cardiology team with support from multiple cardiologists and hospital resources.
Compensation:
Overtime: $310/hr
24 Hour On Call: $2570 per 24 hours
Schedule
Coverage beginning July 2026
Ongoing need
Typically 1 2 week assignments
Monday through Friday
Day schedule: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
Weekend call coverage required
Approximately 2+ weekends per month
Weekend call does not need to be consecutive
Practice Setting
Inpatient/Cardiology Coverage
Hospital-based practice
Level II Trauma Center
Patient Population
Adult and Geriatric patients
Volume & Team
Approximately 20 patients per day
24 cardiologists within the group
Other cardiologists will be present during coverage
No supervision of advanced practice providers required
Required Procedures
Echocardiography
Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE)
Electrocardiogram (EKG) interpretation
Treadmill Stress Testing
