A facility in the Upper East Side of New York City is seeking a colorectal surgery Physician Assistant for locum tenens coverage. The role is for a PA to cover a vacancy in the team, with preference given to candidates with ostomy experience and wound care expertise as a bonus. The schedule is Monday to Friday 9โ€ฏAMโ€“5โ€ฏPM, with no call or weekend shifts. The position primarily involves clinic work and supports six colorectal surgeons, one NP, and two PAs. WOCN certification is highly desirable. While an NP is preferred, PAs will be considered. The team values collaboration and prefers candidates who are local and work well in a team setting. Multiple candidates may be considered.
