Join our innovative team in Lafayette, CO, where you'll have the opportunity to work onsite for 40 hours a week, contributing to groundbreaking projects in the field of energy generators, lung health, and GYN. Position Summary
The role involves supporting the design, development, testing, and validation of complex electromechanical systems. You will work closely with engineering teams to build, debug, and improve electronic assemblies, ensuring product performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
Key Responsibilities
  • Modify, repair, test, and troubleshoot electronic and electromechanical systems and PCBAs.
  • Support design teams in developing and improving products for manufacturing and field performance.
  • Build and debug systems involving embedded controllers, power electronics, analog circuits, and communication interfaces.
  • Perform lab testing using oscilloscopes, function generators, impedance analyzers, and related tools.
  • Execute validation, verification, and reliability testing;analyze results and document findings.
  • Develop and fabricate test setups and fixtures using shop tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams.
  • Lead or support small technical projects, propose solutions, and drive resolution of issues.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant electronics technician experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with electronic lab instrumentation and advanced soldering techniques.
  • Experience with PCB design tools such as Cadence OrCAD and Allegro.
  • Working knowledge of LabVIEW and embedded system programming.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices, automotive, or aerospace.
  • Ability to interpret schematics, layouts, and engineering documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on non-routine tasks.
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
