What is a non disclosure agreement?

A Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is a legally binding contract that establishes a confidential relationship between two or more parties. The purpose of an NDA is to protect sensitive information from being shared with unauthorized individuals or entities. NDAs are commonly used in business settings when proprietary information, trade secrets, or other confidential data is exchanged. By signing an NDA, all parties agree not to disclose or use the protected information for purposes other than those outlined in the agreement.
