Charter Representative Analyst Overview:

Sun Country Airlines is seeking a Charter Representative Analyst to be responsible for routing, scheduling, and supporting all aspects of the Charter Representative Program with an increased emphasis on independent decision-making, operational ownership, and adaptability in a dynamic airline environment. The role requires advanced judgment and the ability to manage complex scheduling needs across multiple lines of business with limited supervision.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Independently route and schedule charter representatives and ground service representatives across multiple lines of business, ensuring operational coverage and efficiency. 
  • Serve as a primary point of coordination during Irregular Operations (IROPS), proactively adjusting schedules in response to weather, staffing, and mechanical disruptions. 
  • Apply independent judgment to resolve scheduling conflicts and service interruptions while balancing competing operational priorities. 
  • Collaborate with charter planning, operations, crew travel, and other stakeholders to ensure continuity of service with minimal supervisory input. 
  • Utilize knowledge from prior scenarios to make informed decisions in new or evolving situations with limited guidance. 
  • Maintain accurate schedules, reporting, and communication to internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and recommending process enhancements. 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, including supporting charter representative operations as needed. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Demonstrated agility in adapting to new variables in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment. 
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to apply past experience to new operational challenges. 
  • Capability to make sound decisions quickly during high-pressure operational disruptions. 
  • Willingness to collaborate cross-functionally while maintaining autonomy in execution. 
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require. 

Preferred Skills:

  • 2+ years in airline or operational scheduling environment.

Compensation:

Pay range: $50,000 - $60,000 USD annually. This is the base compensation hiring range for this role.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
