The Opportunity

We’re looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial professionals to join Surf On Demand as Independent Charter Brokers.

This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor position — ideal for experienced brokers, aviation sales professionals, or motivated entrepreneurs ready to leverage our global brand, SurfOS software platform, and 24/7 support infrastructure to build and grow their own business.

As an Independent Charter Broker, you’ll have complete freedom over your client relationships, schedule, and business development strategy — while enjoying the power and reach of one of the most recognized names in private aviation.
