As a NDT Technician, you are expected to support projects from conception to completion. Projects will involve independent work and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly autonomous, very detail oriented, possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, and has significant experience in supporting critical infrastructure

They will possess the ability to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions to address operational challenges. This role requires both independent contribution as well as the ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams. The scope of projects will include, but is not limited to, the improvement of electrical, mechanical, fire detection, and building automation systems.

An expert level of understanding of these systems is desirable, as the individual will be expected to identify areas for improvement as well as act on data provided from other teams and organizations.
Candidate must meet and maintain all eligibility requirements to drive a company service vehicle, including but not limited to: must have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which they reside.
Key job responsibilities:
Apply non-destructive testing techniques to install, maintain, and troubleshoot all data center critical systems including power distribution, mechanical, plumbing, building automation, structural, and all other equipment that supports the critical operation.
Act as an ambassador for safety within the team and to promote safe working across the site.
Remain cognizant of and act in compliance with all security protocols.
Interact with engineers, technicians, project managers and management on a daily basis.
Develop and maintain a good working relationship across all levels in the organization.
Ensure consistency in deployed configurations and track exceptions for follow up.
Execute predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
Document all inspection discrepancies and defects in detailed reports
Ability to interpret inspection data and create qualitative and quantitative analysis
Provide support for planned and unplanned outages.
Provide cross functional support for ATS and Battery teams.
Physical Requirements:
Willingness and demonstrated ability to work in the following physical conditions with reasonable accommodations:
-Wear all required and provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) within a Data Center Environment.
