Job Summary:
Precision Castparts Corp. is a leading supplier to the aerospace and power generation industries, and they are seeking recent graduates for their Development Program. This two-year rotational program offers valuable hands-on work experience and mentorship while exposing participants to critical aspects of the company's business.
Responsibilities:
• Exposure To All Foundational Areas Including
• Safety Awareness
• Help Desk
• Network Technician
• SOX Preparation
• ITP Compliance
• Project Management
• Additionally, participants will be introduced to key domains such as:
• Development
• Infrastructure
• Industrial IoT
• Cyber Security
• In the second year, participants will take a deeper dive into one of the areas introduced in Year One. This focused rotation allows for specialization and advanced skill development in the key domain chosen for them.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Information Technology or related field with a degree concentration in networking, programming, security or database administration
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must be a US Person
• Must be willing to relocate (program roles located in various US locations only)
Preferred:
• Prior co-op or internship experience in manufacturing preferred
• Club, organization or activity involvement in a leadership capacity
